Our professional gardeners always prefer to meet our prospective clients in person, so it is best if you are present for the estimate. Depending on the type of work requested and whether or not we have previously visited your property, you may not need to be present for the assessment if you provide a detailed description of the work you desire. When estimating a lesser area, we can also use photographs.
No, our crew leader is briefed on the project by the individual who performed the onsite estimate. They will receive all descriptions and designs necessary for installation. Due to weather, clients adding work the day of, the nature of the work, and the fact that some tasks take longer or shorter than anticipated, the schedule is always subject to change. It is difficult to determine an exact beginning time. Please inform us one week in advance if you need to be at home for scheduled work so that we can make special scheduling arrangements.
We can guarantee that the vegetation will be free of pests and diseases. After the plants have been installed on your property, it is your responsibility to water and sustains them until they become established. We recommend that newly planted garden plots be maintained by us monthly or seasonally. If a plant begins to decline, you can send us an image, and we will attempt to ascertain the cause. We can replace plants at the cost but cannot offer a complete guarantee or replacement programme because we are a small business and not the plants' wholesale grower.
Yes! We can maintain your property biweekly, monthly, or every other month with our maintenance services. We also offer fall and spring clean-up services. We customise the programme to your specific property.
