Phone and email estimates are free of charge. There is a transportation charge if you need us to come out and give you an estimate in person, but we will refund it in your final invoice if the bid is accepted.
Weekends and important holidays (including Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and other holidays - please check Google for any dates when we will be closed) are currently off-limits.
We use a flat rate for most tasks rather than charging by the hour. When we estimate a job, we provide a ballpark figure or range for the total labour cost. Our customers benefit from our job-by-job pricing structure since it ensures they will be charged the agreed-upon amount even if the project takes longer. Assembly of furniture, diagnosis and repair of electrical problems, and drywall and paint touchups are all services billed by the hour.
Sometimes it's better to buy some of the tools you'll need for work rather than renting them. Customer-preferred fixtures and fittings include but are not limited to lighting, plumbing, tiling, laminate flooring, and fans. To ensure we have the right tools and supplies for the job, we prefer to buy things like drywall (and other relevant materials connected to drywall repairs), wires, cables, junction boxes, and other particular parts for repairs.
