Yes, we accept customer-supplied parts and materials. In some instances, we're not accountable for wrongly ordered parts, and we can't represent our consumers in a warranty claim if we're not the supplier's customer.
Yes. We negotiate low rates with our trade suppliers and pass savings on to customers, but we mark up some of the costs of managing supplier relationships. We don't sell parts for more than the RRP; it's generally less.
