If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, log in to your Easefix account, go to "My Bookings," and select the booking you wish to change. You can then cancel or reschedule the booking by selecting the appropriate option.
In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with the work an Easefix plasterer completes, you can contact the Easefix support team at support@easefix.com to initiate a dispute resolution process. They will work with you and the plasterer to reach a fair and satisfactory outcome.
A credit or debit card can pay for the service through the Easefix website. We use a secure payment processing system to ensure your payment details are kept safe and confidential. You will receive a receipt via email once the payment has been processed.
